Removing more complex viruses

Exist more complex viruses which cannot be removed normally , after removal with an antivirus software they're appearing again and again.

So, you should try to remove them through safe mode.

How to get into safe mode:

1. Restart your computer or power it on (if it's shutted down).

2. While the computer powers on(boots) keep pressing the F5 or F8(depends from the system) key on the keyboard , then a menu should appear with a black background like on the image below(the same works with Windows Vista and XP):

3. Select the 'Safe Mode' option on the menu via the arrows on your keyboard and hit enter , then wait couple of seconds(until windows loads the most important services/processes) and it should get into the safe mode(there may be some changes with your desktop eg. different resolution , disordered icons but don't worry it's normal).

4.Once you're in safe mode a window may appear with YES and NO buttons(as it says if you want continue working in safe mode click yes and if you wanna use the system restore utility click no) , click yes.

5.Open your antivirus(prefer malwarebytes) software(which is detecting , but not able to remove the viruses in normal mode) and perform a 'Full Scan' . Once the scan is finished click on the disinfect/remove/delete button , then restart your computer.

(Note: There is a chance that the viruses gone deeply into the system files and infected them so the antivirus will delete the system files which are important for the windows to work properly. In this case the your computer may not get into windows or the windows may not work properly , so you will need the Windows CD or USB flash drive - bootable in order to repair the damaged windows or reinstall the whole windows.)

So , you are clean , good luck !
